1. Do you offer fall, pico, tassel services for your sarees?

Yes, Some of our sarees come with a pico finishing and Tasseled edge pallus. But you can also additionally request these services by writing to us. We do attach a fall on request, our team will do their best to match the colours to suit your saree the best. 2. Are all your products machine embroidered?

Yes, most of our products right now are machine embroidered but we are working towards developing new ranges of hand embroidered products in the near future.

3. Can I request a custom embroidered piece?

4. Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we offer worldwide service on a case by case basis. Please write to us on kasutikavana@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 7043036485 with your delivery details and we will do our best to get you your pieces. 

5. When will my saree reach me?
 

We need about 4-5 working days to ship your order. Due to COVID restrictions, delivery services will depend on your area restrictions and service availability. However if you are in a hurry you can always write to us on kasutikavana@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 7043036485.

6. Can I see more images or video call for product colour details?

Yes! you can write to us on kasutikavana@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 7043036485 to book a slot. 

7. Do you have silks or natural material fabrics?

Most of our fabrics are 'Viscose' or Blended materials at the moment. Viscose is a natural-manmade fibre made from wood pulp. We are working towards developing silks and linens. But we are keen on exploring more affordable fabrics that are easy to maintain.
